The following conditions regulate the conditions of sale of the website with URL www.labasemotorclub.com/tienda, which the company LA BASE MOTOR CLUB, UNIPESSOAL, LDA with registered office at Rúa Titanio D1 Nave 4, in the Bértoa Industrial Estate, 15105, Carballo, A Coruña, makes available to its customers and internet users.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
LBS Motor Club offers a customer service department to resolve any issues with our products, orders, or shipments. We strive to provide fast and efficient service to our customers.

ORDERS
Upon accessing the store, all product families and featured products from each family sold by LA BASE MOTOR CLUB, UNIPESSOAL, LDA will appear. Clicking on any of them will display all the information about the product or product family. Customers can choose the product and the quantity they wish to purchase. Once they have made their selection, they can add it to their shopping cart by clicking the BUY button. Customers can then add all the products they need to their shopping cart.
In the shopping cart, the customer will be able to see the price of the products, the quantity ordered, shipping costs and taxes, and the total amount of the order.
PRICES
All prices for our products listed include taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Regarding Value Added Tax (VAT), as a general rule, the tax rate in force in Spain will be applied to the European Union territory where this tax is applicable. All companies located in European Union countries, excluding Spain, that are registered as intra-community operators are exempt from paying this tax. For sales to companies, please contact customer service first before placing your order.
VAT will not be charged on sales to any other country in the world; however, each country's customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges.
Due to their special tax regime, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are considered non-EU territories. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from paying VAT (all customs clearance fees and import taxes are not included in the item or shipping price and must be paid at the destination by the recipient of the goods).
Product prices may be reviewed and modified by LA BASE MOTOR CLUB, UNIPESSOAL, LDA, if conditions require it at any time.
All products that LA BASE MOTOR CLUB, UNIPESSOAL, LDA promotes at a special price will be displayed on www.labasemotorclub.com/tienda with the following information: sale price, regular price, and the end date of the sale or promotion. These offers will be available until the indicated date, subject to stock out.
WARRANTY
LA BASE MOTOR CLUB, UNIPESSOAL, LDA customers benefit from the guarantees provided by the various manufacturers for each product. In the event of a breakdown, the brand's official technical service will be contacted.
Defects or damage due to incorrect use or manipulation of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use are not covered by this warranty.
Any loss of functionality due to design limitations is also excluded from this warranty.
Any manipulation or repair carried out by unauthorized personnel will invalidate the warranty.
Products intended for competition are not covered by a warranty, except for manufacturing defects.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Bank transfer
Once the customer has placed an order, they will receive an email with our bank details. Using these details, they must make a deposit or bank transfer to our account for the total amount of the order.
It's important that the order number and buyer's name be included in the deposit or transfer statement so we can identify the payment and process it more quickly.
You can email us proof of payment to tienda@labasemotorclub.com.
Once we verify that the payment was correct, we will ship the merchandise to the address provided in the order.
If there is no proof of payment within 72 hours of the order date, the order will be automatically cancelled. - Payment by credit card
Customers can choose to pay by credit card, which will be processed at the time of placing their order.
The entire payment process is carried out using the Redsys gateway through Banco Santander and with the highest level of security. At no time will the La Base Motor Club store have access to the customer's bank details.
Once we verify that the payment was correct, we will ship the merchandise to the address provided in the order. - Payment via Paypal
If the customer chooses PayPal as their payment method, upon completing the purchase, they will be redirected to the official PayPal website where they can make the payment.
Once payment has been successfully completed, the order will be finalized and an email will be sent to the customer with a purchase summary.
Once we verify that the payment was correct, we will ship the merchandise to the address provided in the order.
SHIPPING POLICY
The La Base Motor Club store dispatches orders received through private courier companies that guarantee the standards required by LA BASE MOTOR CLUB, UNIPESSOAL, LDA.
Products in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of payment. If your chosen payment method is a bank transfer, these times may vary, as your order will be shipped as soon as we have bank confirmation of the transfer. The latest order reception time for same-day shipping is 4:00 PM.
For a shipment of multiple products, delivery may be made in two or more shipments depending on the carrier's convenience and availability.
If the requested product is out of stock or out of stock in our warehouse, customer service will contact you to inform you of the delivery times for said products. You may keep the order or cancel it.
The indicated deadlines are those for the material to leave our facilities.
The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of contracting. Subsequent changes to the delivery location requested by the customer may incur additional costs to the sales price, which will be borne by the buyer. The merchandise will be delivered to the customer by the shipping company, along with a delivery note that will include information identifying the customer, the order, and the number of packages included in the shipment.
Under no circumstances will shipments be made to PO boxes.
Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and vary depending on the delivery destination, volume, and weight of the shipment. Shipping costs will be clearly detailed during the checkout process.
If the customer notices any errors in the merchandise received at the time of delivery or that it is visibly damaged, they must record these circumstances on the carrier's delivery note and notify LA BASE MOTOR CLUB, UNIPESSOAL, LDA within 24 hours of payment in writing (tienda@labasemotorclub.com) or at the company's registered office. In all cases, the customer must verify that the merchandise has been delivered in perfect condition. Claims made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 business days from the date of delivery to return it.
Our customer service department has post-sale procedures to resolve any issues with our items or shipments and to manage returns or exchanges.
In the event of a return or exchange, the customer must return the product by their own means, postage prepaid, and attach a copy of the original invoice. Please note that LA BASE MOTOR CLUB, UNIPESSOAL, LDA does not accept postage due. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels, and instructions for use.
It is very important that products are returned properly packaged. If products are damaged due to improper or damaged packaging, the return will not be accepted. Sealed products will also not be returned if they lack the original seal.
OUTLET products are non-returnable. Items not listed on the website and specifically ordered at the customer's request are non-returnable. Customized products are non-returnable.
Once the merchandise has been received at our warehouse and it has been verified that all the above conditions have been met, LA BASE MOTOR CLUB, UNIPESSOAL, LDA will accept the return of the product and will refund the amount according to the payment method used, or, if applicable, send a new product.
If payment is made by credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card.
If payment is by bank transfer, you will be asked for an account number to which the amount can be paid.
If payment is made via PayPal, the amount will be credited to the same account.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These general conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable Spanish legislation, which shall apply subsidiarily to all matters not covered herein.
For the resolution of all disputes or questions related to the site www.labasemotorclub.com/tienda or the activities carried out therein, current Spanish legislation will apply, to which LA BASE MOTOR CLUB, UNIPESSOAL, LDA and the clients and internet users expressly submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, with the Courts and Tribunals of the city of A Coruña being competent for the resolution of all conflicts arising from or related to its use.
